Crestview was an absolute pleasure to work with. We got a call from a long term commercial tenant at 6am the morning after Hurricane IDA saying there is 4 ft of water filling up the space and that they were doing a walk through that day to sell their business. Crestview got their contractors over right away . We were able to prevent a lot of damage due to their quick response. Once onsite, they assessed all of the damage, we discussed rebuild plans and there was little for me to do as a landlord other than cash a check. Josh's assessments' were accurate and he was easy to communicate with.
